My study group and I basically stumbled into this place after being driven out from Starbucks by recently dismissed high schoolers. We were desperate and we went to first non-Starbucks coffee place in the area and this happened to be it! When we got in, it had a very artisanal feel to it with hand-crafted pieces being used to decorate the place. However, the place wasn't cluttered with the pieces. Additionally, I liked the feel of the cafe, it was very open and there were plenty of tables. After grabbing one, I ordered a latte which I enjoyed and my companions enjoyed their drinks as well. Their prices are comparable to Starbucks, but they have a wider assortment of unique teas and coffees.

Very beautiful and cozy local coffee shop! Perfect for meeting a friend or grabbing a quick treat. Unfortunately there is not a drive thru, however it's worth the few steps out of your car. Friendly service, prices that compare to Starbucks and very delicious coffee! You can even pick up a pound of their specialty coffee beans while you're at it. Even saw a woman bring in her dog to join her for a cup of joe! Great place, great atmosphere, super find!

Best kept secret...for now! Great little coffee/gift shop that is perfect that latte in a quite setting. Perfect for meeting colleagues. The gift shop has plenty of items for the exploratory mind.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in here. I originally hadn't noticed the gift shop part in their name. they have a lot of really cute things. But back to the coffee.... good flavor and great staff. They are so informative and helpful. It is a very quiet place (well at least when we were there) and relaxing. Go check it out if you haven't yet!

Place is nice and quiet. Very good atmosphere, nice small tables, not cramped. Nice chairs to sit in. Staff extremely nice and informative. The gift shop in the back was a neat addition to a coffee shop you don't see every day. Got a plain latte.. Was good but not the best ever.. Still Bardo's has you beat on the coffee, but not to discount it's wayyyyy better then Starbucks could hope to achieve. Parking lot is interesting to get to but not to difficult. Have to say if I'm in the area this is one I'll come back to without a 2nd thought. Definitely a thumbs up.

What a charming little place. Cozy feel. Nice place to meet someone and chat. Also have cute gifts so you can wonder while waiting for your date. One bad point is no real cup when drinking at the cafe. Sometimes you just miss the feel of a real cup. If they hire someone who can do latte art on top of that, it would be top notch! But I'll be back nonetheless. Just a friendly suggestion. Room for improvement.

Have been a couple times. Pleasant people, really good coffee and great atmosphere! Very comfortable and welcoming. It's a fun place to know as a "local" and invite friends to try something off the beaten path. Lots of fun things to look at and buy!

Every beverage I've tried is really good. My favorite are the lattes. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. At least 20 areas for seating at small tables or sofas. No food choices, but yummy gourmet candies and baked treats. Great place for meetings, doing office work away from home, and finding sweet gifts for friends. It's frilly and lovely, but plenty of men are seen meeting and/or working here too. As for coffee; They use a Simonelli and use it well. It may not have that downtown 'urban flavor', but I'll give their espresso drinks an 8 out of 10, which is high by my standards. Wonderful place. A breath of fresh air in Highlands Ranch suburbia.

Love this shop! Dawn, the owner, takes the time to get to know her customers. They always make my drink just right. On top of the coffee, they have SO much cute and unique kid and baby stuff. They have jewelry, and huge Vera Bradley selection, art, and more. No, I don't work here, I just really appreciate a nice family owned business.

Not my favorite. Came here with a coworker cuz she had a free cup of coffee. I probably wont be back because the chai I had tasted like it was spoiled or they used sour milk. Can't say if that's the norm or I was just lucky. But it's ruined any chance I have of coming back. Sorry guys. Cute little niknacks and gifts though, so maybe I'll just skip the coffee next time.

What a great find. The power of Yelp at work. This place is literally across the street from my office, but I had no idea it existed. I used to make Starbucks runs wishing I had a small local place to support instead. As the previous review stated, it's much larger than it looks. Absolutely IDEAL spot for small meetings. WAY cheaper than Starbucks, great drinks, awesome food and treats. There's also just a really cool boutique shop that my daughters love. The folks were friendly, the atmosphere was clean and fun, the food and drinks were good, the prices were great. So glad I Yelped coffee shops nearby, or I would have missed this little gem.

Hubby and I stopped in here for a quick breakfast on a Saturday morning and I wish we could have stayed longer! The two ladies behind the counter were so friendly! We each ordered a cup of tea and a scone and they immediately offered to warm up our scones and brought our tea to us (in nice ceramic mugs) where we were sitting on a comfy little couch. As soon as they saw we were getting ready to leave, they offered us to-go cups and a refill on the hot water for our tea. I'll come back again when I have more time to spend so that I can look around at all the little gifts and knickknacks they have in the (surprisingly large) space. This place has a nice ambiance and good music playing in the background. I love finding a good local place like this, and I'll take Festive Cup over a chain coffee shop any day!

Cute. Way bigger than it looks. Nice soft jazz music. Cool gifts. A nice place to take a break or meet a friend. 7 small tables and a few fairly comfortable couches. Good spacing and set up. Pretty good dirty chai and coffee.. Actually very good. Not too sweet. I really liked this place.

This is a great little coffee and gift shop in Highlands Ranch. You won't see it unless you're in the strip mall, but the location is good with a good size parking lot and a nice store footprint. The interior is very nice with comfortable seating, and it has a great little gift shop that we've found many great gifts at. The coffee is very good and the prices are much better than Starbucks, etc. Another great thing, it is a local store and I love supporting good local stores. This is a great little store and coffee shop - you should stop by.
